Parcel2Go have built built its first commercial app for APC Direct as a unique White Label solution after establishing a strong partnership with APC Overnight.
It allows the company’s customers and consignees to track their APC deliveries easily from their phone. Its creation is born from APC Overnight’s desire to continually improve and enhance the customer experience, constantly innovating to suit the needs and wants of UK consumers.
APC Overnight customers can also send parcels via the app using the smooth on-boarding process and intuitive features. The app holds all the features to easily book and pay for a collection and then also follow the parcel through to delivery.
The resource requirements of building the app provided the platform to expand Parcel2Go design and development teams. The technical success of the app has given the Parcel2Go team a strong foundation upon which they can build subsequent commercial apps, both for other White Label customers and for their own websites. As a result, the company can now undertake even more innovative projects.
The app is available now for free in the iTunes App Store and the Google Play Store.
