Parcel2Go is now offering an exclusive new myHermes service: myHermes Light & Large.

The service is designed to help customers with larger parcels at lighter weights, send them for less than they would pay anywhere else. Using myHermes Light & Large, Parcel2Go customers can send parcels measuring up to 2 metres in length from as little as £17.50 exc VAT, allowing them to save up to 39% against Parcel2Go competitors.

Light & Large is only available to Parcel2Go customers.

Why the interest in Light Large items?

The myHermes Light & Large service provides the answer to a problem that has plagued the parcel industry for a long time. Previously, customers sending larger, lighter parcels were forced to pay the same charges as customers sending much heavier items as carriers’ applied volumetric weight pricing rules.

This made sending bulky, but light items, like clothing or bedding expensive.

“While we were focused on providing the best rates at heavier weight brackets, we realised that some customers needed a service designed for sending large parcels at low weight brackets in order to ensure they got the same amazing value they would get with heavier or smaller parcels. That’s exactly what myHermes Light & Large does.”
