What is your daily marketplace and ecommerce lifesaver?

Needless to say, at Tamebay we talk to loads of ecommerce sellers and suppliers every week. It could be a big seller operating out of a warehouse, stuffed with products, or a small time seller managing a business from the spare room. We also talk to all sorts of people in the ecosystem too, from shipping companies to web designers. Royal Mail to start-ups at the kitchen table. There’s such a lot to consider.

(Actually, it’s not impossible to run a million pound turnover enterprise from a garage if you’re smart. I’ve met a few people doing that. Ecommerce scale doesn’t mean you need to have a massive warehouse to grow, using services such as fulfilment and FBA means you can make very decent sales without looking after the stock yourself.)

But you do need to be clever. There really isn’t any problem in ecommerce that can’t be solved and people are out there to help. That’s one of the reasons why we publish the Tamebay Guide. It’s a gazetteer of useful suppliers and solutions to help you solve all those daily problems you face.
