Linnworks have just released the full agenda for this year’s Linn Academy which takes place on the 19th of September in Birmingham. I hear that hundreds of retailers have signed up to attend already and that it’s going to be the biggest and best Linn Academy so far. Certainly the list of speakers which has just been announced is a stellar line up.
Rob Hattrell, VP, eBay UK (well worth going to hear from in person) will be speaking along with James Wilson, Head of Business Development, Amazon Seller Services and Norah Coelho, General Manager, PayPal UK Business Financing Solutions. Brian McBride, Chairman of ASOS and Wiggle Ltd Former Managing Director of Amazon UK should also have some interesting insights to share.
Naturally there’ll be a slew of sessions presented by Linnworks staff so if your interest is the latest developments to help you grow your business or if you have any technical questions they’ll be on hand with workshops and one to one chats throughout the day.
John Lawson of ColderIce (who I’ve known for years but never met in person) will be picking up from where I left off last year talking about the rise of AI and the robots and how chatbots and virtual reality are transforming ecommerce whilst I’ll be taking a look forward towards 2018 and what ecomerce merchants can expect to see over the next 12 months.
