Looking ahead to Digital Advice Live! 2017

No primary category set

We recently announced that Digital Advice Live! 2017 would be coming to London in the Autumn. It will be held at the Royal Festival hall on the South bank on 21st September. Find out more here.

This is the third event of its kind after successful annual outings in Vienna and NYC when it was known as Guided Selling Live. It’s an opportunity to hear from innovators and experts and consider, outside the boring limits of your everyday activities, the horizons and possibilities that digital advancements offer your business. So many things are evolving and changing at a breakneck speed that it is vital to stop and think.

Several of the talks look of particular interest to ecommerce entrepreneurs like you! Ben Hart is the head of ecommerce at Evans Cycles and he’ll be giving a talk called: How UK’s Leading Cycle Retailer Brings a Guided Buying Experience Online. It will interesting to learn how a big and respected retailer approaches online selling and converts browsers into shoppers.

Eléna Helfberend is the Head of Sales Project Management at Miele and her session is called: “Delighting the Consumer – How the Premium Brand Miele Excites People Everytime and Everywhere.” When it comes to selling on ecommerce marketplaces, increasingly the focus is on not just satisfying your buyers but pleasing them too. This talk will explore that idea from the perspective of a global brand.

Digital Advice Live! is an event presented by SMARTASSISTANT and their CEO Markus Linder will open proceedings on the day. Do you want to know how to provide intelligent decision-support and a better customer experience across different platforms, devices and channels?
