The Tamebay Ecommerce Cup 2017 sponsored by The Post Office was held on Thursday evening at Play Football in Shepherds Bush and fittingly for our fifth year was by far the biggest tournament to date. Congratulations to all the teams and a special mention to Flubit who for the first time actually won a match!
After the group stages, the top 16 teams went on to play for the cup and the next 8 played for the shield with the bottom 8 were knocked out… Naturally including the guys from Tamebay – We might be able to organise a tournament but it turns out we’re not very good at kicking a ball!

Honourable Mentions
The teams that joined Tamebay in being knocked out in the group stages were: AND Digital, Drinkstuff (2), eBay, Linnworks, Pricesearcher, Summit Media and Volo Commerce. A valiant effort by all concerned, but competition was tough this year.

We’re already planning for next year and as we were over subscribed this year it’s likely we’ll expand the tournament to be even bigger for 2018.
