Magento say that businesses have a tremendous opportunity to increase revenue by offering more shipping choices to customers. However, there is still a large disconnect between what consumers expect and what merchants can deliver. 50% of abandoned purchases are due to inadequate shipping options so the partnership with DHL will provide merchants with various options for their customers to receive and return, including next day delivery, international shipping, and returns management.
