Lounge Underwear appoints Statement to drive ecommerce conversion

Lounge Underwear, an online lingerie brand that creates comfortable underwear designed to make its customers ‘look and feel sexy’, has appointed Statement to deliver a conversion rate optimisation project. Statement is a specialist Shopify Plus ecommerce agency based in the north of England.

Following record sales of £2.7m after just two years of trading and projected sales of up to £6m, Lounge has extended their relationship with Statement, which has offices in Leeds, Manchester and Wakefield, to boost conversion rate and sales whilst improving the user journey across the Lounge sites.

Building on a successful relationship which has seen Statement implement website updates, redesign the site’s blog and continue to deliver ongoing Shopify Plus support, Statement will now work to improve the site’s user-friendly experience utilising heatmaps and other data analysis tools, driving the company’s growth and ensuring the site is conversion-ready.
