eBay Italy have a new returns solution enabling both buyers and sellers to purchase returns labels through a new eBay Italy Return Labels platform. Making returns easy for buyers is a key reassuring factor which can influence whether a purchase is made, and whilst in the UK the returns process has been simplified that’s not been the case for eBay Italy to the same extent.
Buyers simply log in to the new eBay Italy Returns portal using their normal eBay credentials, select the items they wish to return, pay and print the label and then drop off to any of Poste Italiane 12,845 Post Offices. If you are a seller on eBay Italy then the process is the same but you pay and the label will be automatically sent to your buyer via email.
eBay and the eBay Italy Return Labels are two separate services, if you purchase a return label through eBay Italy Return Labels you will be able to pay directly by credit card or PayPal.

What’s interesting about eBay Italy Return Labels is that it’s powered by British company Parcel2go, they’ve built the solution for eBay so if for example you purchase a returns label which you decide not to use, then you’ll go to Parcel2Go customer support to request a refund.
