Parcelforce Worldwide Manchester move increases local capacity

The Parcelforce Worldwide Manchester depot has moved to a brand new facility. The move significantly increases Parcelforce’s capacity in the local area, supporting the delivery of high levels of service.

The new Parcelforce Worldwide Manchester depot is located at Stakehill Industrial Estate on Touchet Hall Road. The new automated sort system in the depot was designed in partnership with Parcelforce Worldwide and Caljan.

Customers looking to send parcels can arrange a free collection from their home or place of work — or choose to drop off their parcels from the new Manchester depot.

Manchester depot offers extended opening hours so customers can send or collect their parcel at a time convenient for them. Opening hours are: Monday Friday 8am – 7pm and Saturday from 8am -12.30.

“The relocation of the Manchester depot ensures we can support the delivery of a high level of service in the area. The design of the new depot gives us the best use of space and productivity and integrates services from depots and direct customers. Just in time for peak, we are prepared for a busy festive season in the area.”
