Cross-border shipping can be cost prohibitive especially for lower value products and causes concerns for both retailers and savvy consumers, as tracked service via courier can sometimes be very expensive. Our service closes the gap in the market, allowing retailers to offer a tracked international shipping service at an affordable price.
With full tracking through delivery, you and your customers will have complete transparency of your packets and parcels from door-to-door, all delivered within 5-10 working days for the USA, or 5-7 working days to Germany.
No need to sort the parcels before passing them to us, just send a manifest and we scan and produce the appropriate shipping labels from the data we received.

What’s the difference between Tracked and Untracked?

Tracked provides our clients customers the security of a courier service with live tracking events that provide clarity from the moment an order is placed until the item arrives at the recipient’s door.
Untracked allows clients to provide a low cost international postal service for those items that may not warrant the cost of a fully tracked service. Offering a choice of services puts the Client in control and allows them to offer services that work from a commercial point of view.
Tell us about UKP Worldwide’s US returns service?
Our fully managed return service controlled through our bespoke software was the natural step to accompany our outbound service. Using the Portal allows our clients to provide their customers with an easy way to arrange a return, with the option to choose from merchant or customer paid returns, this puts the merchant in full control of their consumer experience and their costs.
UKPW will manage the whole process from return label generation, return item verification in the USA, along with full tracking and repatriation to the merchant in the country of origin.
What type of retailer should be interested in UKP Worldwide?
Usually, you will be an online retailer, marketplace seller or SME, already established and shipping goods internationally, or are you may be looking to enter new markets, but not quite sure how to go about it.

Through our partnership with USPS, we were able to access various USPS tracked parcel services and provide a fully compliant delivery service for items under $800. Taking care of all the EU export requirements, as well as, clearing into the US, our service was getting their goods delivered in 5-10 working days.
Three months after launching the service, they confirmed that they had been able to implement our service without having to pass on any of the costs to their customers. They also increased their delivery rates, due to address data being passed through the NCOA database, which in turn has increased their customer satisfaction.
Following the success in delivering to the US meant this client trusted us to handle their other international outbound deliveries, as well as implement our US returns service across their customer base.
Could UKP Worldwide help if Brexit means I need customs clearance into the EU?
Whilst the outcome of Brexit is still very much undecided, especially whether there will be frictionless customs controls or a hard border, UKPW being AEO accredited effectively means that we can keep your products moving, no matter what the outcome.
A hard border will mean that products will have to be exported from the UK into the EU/EEA. By integrating with UKPW and providing HMRC required data for exporting, we can manage the customs process on your behalf.
