ParcelHero have joined for the first time Financial Times’ FT 100 list of Europe’s fastest growing companies, taking the 497th spot.
The third annual ranking evaluates businesses’ growth velocity by a turnover increase, innovations and savviness to stay on top of consumer trends. The review is done in partnership with FT and Statista which judges European businesses on their annual compound growth in revenue between 2014 and 2017.
“We’re delighted to be included in this inspiring list of companies that have demonstrated exceptional growth in recent years.ParcelHero has been growing rapidly as ever-more customers discover our smart comparison site. ParcelHero’s growing popularity is reflected in our FT 1000 listing which reveals absolute growth of 354% and compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 65.6% between 2014 and 2017.”

The FT said that it’s getting more challenging to secure a spot in the list as the bottom-ranked company gained a revenue growth of 37% in comparison to 34.6% in 2018. This suggests that competition in the European market is getting more fierce. It’s gaining momentum as a result of innovative and ‘hungry’ new players, as well as old ones that are capitalising on their expertise and experience.
