eBay have improved some of the eBay promotional tools, adding their new multi-buy feature to multi-variation listings making it available for more sellers to use. They will also add the tool to their API so that your third party multichannel management tool can give you access without having to log into eBay.
Other eBay promotional tools enhancements coming include Bulk Best Offers and Offer to Buyers, as well as making promote your listings easier to manage and available for more sellers.
New opportunities for sellers with Multi-buy
eBay Multi-buy makes it easy to offer buyers a discount when they purchase 2 or more of the items from the same promotion and it’s pretty successful. Now eBay have expanded the functionality of the tool so that Multi-buy will now be available on listings with variations. This means listings that offer different versions of the same item, like size and colour, will be able to show the discounted prices for a quantity of 2 or more.
eBay are also making it possible to create Multi-buy promotions using the eBay Marketing API. Sellers using a third party listing tools provider, or direct integration, will then be able to use these tools to set-up promotions outside of the Seller Hub.

Adding Best Offer in Bulk
A new feature Bulk Best Offer makes it easy for you to apply Best Offer to multiple listings at the same time.
Helping you manage Send offers to buyers
As we announced earlier this year, you can now send offers to potential buyers for some of your listings as well, giving you the ability to target buyers who are already interested in your items.
To help you find eligible listings and send offers to more potential buyers, two enhancements are launching in May.
Offer to Buyers filter
This feature will give you the ability to filter your listings in the Seller Hub active listings tab, so you can see all of their listings that are eligible.
Bulk Offer to Buyers
Finally, once sellers filter by eligible listings, they will be able to apply Offer to Buyer in bulk across all of those listings.
Best Offer and Offers to buyers are a great way to increase sales, but for large sellers tools are needed to make the process manageable. Seeing a bulk offer tool is a great step forward.
Updates to Promote your listings
From the 14th of March 2019, eBay made Promote your listings accessible for all business sellers, as long as you have Above Standard or eBay Top-rated seller status. More business sellers now have the opportunity to get more visibility for their listings and boost their chances of making a sale, by running ad campaigns to promote inventory. eBay Shop subscribers will still have access to Promote your listings and the monthly credit benefits some tiers of Shops receive.
eBay have also made improvements to how Promote your listings campaigns are managed. You’ll now be able to see options to manage these ad campaigns in Seller Hub, including the possibility to promote a listing at the end of listing flows and within the Orders and Listings tabs. The Promote your listings dashboard is still available.
