Etsy are launching a new Etsy pricing feature which will enable sellers to have one price set for the UK and a different price set for the US.
The aim of the Etsy pricing feature is to enable sellers to offer a higher price in the US but perhaps to include free shipping in order to benefit from the US visibility that free shipping offers. Etsy are giving priority placement in US search results to items that ship free and to shops that guarantee free shipping to US buyers on orders of $35 or more. Etsy will also prioritise these items wherever Etsy advertises in the US, in email marketing, social media, and television ads.
The difficulty comes that if you offer a product in the UK with free domestic shipping, the portion of the sale price that you’ve built in to cover your shipping costs won’t cover the cost of shipping to the US. One solution would of course be to jack up your prices to include free shipping to the US but that would make your products very expensive in the UK market.
The inability to easily offer different prices in the UK and US has up until now penalised International sellers. Now, by enabling you to set dual prices with the new Etsy pricing feature, one price for the UK and one for the US, Etsy aim to enable you to offer free shipping in both territories without losing money or being ridiculously expensive in either country.
Etsy have a Smart Pricing Tool to enable you to edit your listings in bulk to adjust item prices for items that cost $3 or more to recover postage costs.

This is only a work around in the Shipping profiles nothing else, no “SmartPricing” and takes a lot of time if you are new to Etsy
