Packlink label postage rates will increase when purchased from eBay delivery by Packlink from the 16th of October 2019. eBay Delivery by Packlink took over from eBay Delivery powered by Shutl earlier this year.
Packlink rates across Hermes and DHL services (drop-off and pick-up) when purchased via eBay delivery by Packlink will rise by an average of 7p. Howver in better news, UPS rates via Packlink will be going down by an average of 30p.
eBay will also be adding a new Hermes Next Day – Drop-off service to the platform from the 16th of September 2019. Rates start at £6.71 (VAT inclusive).
When should you change the prices on your listings?
Rates will automatically change from midnight GMT on the 15th of October 2019. So, when you use eBay delivery by Packlink online from the 16th of October 2019, the new rates will appear on the Packlink label platform.
If you are running auctions, you’ll want to use the new rates on your listings from the 6th of October for 10 day listings, possibly earlier as your buyers may not pay immediately.
For your fixed price listings, you’ll want to change your rates by the 15th of October if you ship by the following working day, but if you have a couple of days handling time then perhaps a couple of days earlier.

Is anyone still using Packlink? It’s been a disaster!
at least packlink will send a small parcel via my hermes drop off under 2kg for £2.78 or new £ 2.85
parcel2go use slight of hand ,if using their smartsend app ,though your parcel is over 1kg though under 2kg
the charge is £3.90
All i have heard of packlink so far is issues issues issues. We couldn’t even get it to work the first several times we tried… kept being told our item or whatever wasn’t able to be posted? Can’t remember now but something was wrong which upon checking blatantly wasn’t, so we gave up…. now they want to raise prices! Good luck
Packlink using Hermes have lost 2 of my parcels in 1 week clearly someone at Carlisle depot is taking the parcels they go from parcel entered the Hermes network in Carlisle then they are never updated again and I can’t get any help from Hermes or packlink so I am out of pocket as I have to refund buyers and god knows when I will get refunded and now I am getting negative feedback as the parcels are going missing
packlink is only an agent their only as good or bad as the courier employed to deliver
