The UK is due to leave the EU on the 31st of January. There is still a chance we could leave the EU without a Transition Deal on the 31st of January, although this looks unlikely as there is the political will in both the UK and the EU to push the deal through. There are then just 11 months until the end of the year to negotiate the final free trade agreement with the EU with the key date being June the 15th after which is too late to request any further extensions.
