Amazon have recently announced that they are working with European governments and health agencies in response to COVID-19 in order to supply hospitals, medical institutions, and government organisations with personal protection equipment (PPE) and other key health and safety products. The news comes shortly after eBay announced that they were creating NHS Portal to supply PPE across the UK with DHSC. It’s great to see these companies working together to help ease the pressures on healthcare services.
Availability of these critical supplies is limited and Amazon are working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to procure additional inventory of vital supplies and expedite their delivery across the globe. For that reason, Amazon are waiving all standard referral fees for third-party sellers on products supplied for this effort and are now encouraging any supplier, manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor of these high-demand products to participate. If you sell facial shields, surgical masks, exam gloves, medical scrubs, medical gowns, coveralls, ventilators, sanitizer, wipes, or any other form of PPE you may be able to participate and apply to sell these products here.
“If you are a business supplier with large inventory of critical products, you can help us meet the demand for COVID-19 health and safety supplies.
We are waiving all standard referral fees for third-party sellers on products supplied for this effort.
