  1. Great prices shame about the customer service from Packlink. Awful when it comes to try and claim compensation for anything lost or damaged as they will use every excuse they can think of to deny the claim.
Claim forms only work on certain internet service providers so can’t access the claim form.

  2. It is about time eBay did something for UK sellers, this is a good promotion and I have used it a few times. Thank you eBay / Packlink.

I hope they extend it for another month, or bring it back in the Autumn for xmas purchases / shipments. Considering how busy most couriers are at present due to Covid etc, I am surprised at the timing, it must have been agreed last year etc.

  3. Could not agree with Rob more when it comes to making a claim these guys never pay out. Very excuse under the sun. You can waste hours looking for the claim form only for it to error.

Won’t be long before the FCA is onto them for selling enhanced cover that does not meet the needs of a customer as there a culture of claims repudiation without merit.

Myherms are better to deal with direct than these guys.

It’s good that they are running a promo though. Just as long as you don’t have to claim.

  4. I’m experiencing the same issues Ben & Rob have described – terrible customer service and looks like a number of claims are getting turned down (when similar claims in the past have been refunded fine with Parcel2Go, for example). After the promo ends, I’ll not be using them again.

  5. good price , but dreadful customer service , back to royal mail as soon as over

  6. Royal mail is much cheaper than Packlink and no refunds for lost items on Packlink and I have had a few missing over the last couple of months
