Now that Amazon FBA has fully re-opened for business after several months of disruption which saw delivery dates extended, incoming shipments and removal orders put on hold and then as the business recovered from the impact of coronavirus quantity limits by line item on replenishment, Amazon are keen to recruit more Amazon FBA businesses.
Next Tuesday, the 7th of July at 11am, Amazon UK will hold a “How FBA can expand customer reach and reduce operational efforts” webinar aimed at setting out the proposition and encourage more merchants to become Amazon FBA businesses rather than self-fulfilling marketplace orders.
Here at Tamebay, we would add a word of caution to Amazon FBA businesses, which is to retain your plans to keep control of a proportion of your stock through to at least the end of the year. If there is a second major spike in the coronavirus and Amazon is forced back into emergency operations, you don’t want your Q4 ruined if your stock is quarantined in Amazon FBA. Plans could include retaining some of your stock in your own warehouse and, to ensure you can still win the Prime customer, qualifying for Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime which was largely unaffected by the Amazon FBA restrictions.
In this webinar you will learn how FBA can help you grow your business? Learn more about the benefits of FBA and how becoming one of the thousands of Amazon FBA businesses can help you to reduce operational efforts.
Agenda for the webinar includes:
- Introduction to Amazon FBA and it’s benefits at a glance
- Fees – fee calculator, fee promos, small and light
- Creating an FBA shipment 101
