Yodel and Menzies renew partnership to continue delivering in Scotland

CATEGORY: News

Yodel have announced that their partnership with Scottish firm Menzies Distribution has been renewed for 5 years. The companies are committed to seeing over 1.7m parcels delivered each year to customers in Scotland.

“Menzies has been an excellent partner for Yodel so far, thanks to its unrivalled experience in delivery and collection services across the whole of Scotland. Both companies share a passion for putting people first and providing outstanding customer service. Menzies has unrivalled capability in delivering to difficult-to-reach places, and their growth and investment strategy is also aligned to our brand values, which made it an easy decision for us to renew the partnership. The relationship has gone from strength to strength, and we’re looking forward to seeing it continue to develop in the next few years.”
– Stephen Mooney, Parcels Operations Director at Menzies

Yodel and Menzies offer customers in Scotland a seamless service, with Yodel receiving a parcel from the retailer and sorting it at one of its three hubs, before transferring it to Menzies to fulfil the final mile element of delivery. From working together deliveries have grown and Yodel are confident this will continue.

“We’re very proud to be renewing our partnership with Yodel, allowing us to continue delivering to a potential 5.5 million customers across Scotland. Our expertise lies in delivering across challenging geographies, and our network reaches every postcode in the Highlands and Islands as well as the rest of Scotland.”
– Rick Southwood, Director of Operational Services at Yodel
