Parcelforce Worldwide have launched a new Christmas ad that highlights their role in delivering packages from businesses of all sizes to consumers across the UK and beyond along with the importance of getting parcels posted before the last posting dates to avoid disappointment this Christmas. Parcelforce announced their last posting dates in October, but the Ad provides a little reminder of the dates to ensure nobody misses out.

One Response
Parcelforce change the goalposts when it suits them whilst DPD step up and invest in their business. We changed to Parcelforce last Christmas and as soon as the 1st lockdown started they changed things every week – random collection times, slower delivery and a collection driver who knew it all. In 21 years I have never experienced anything like it. They removed certain services and added surcharges.
Lucily we managed to jump back with DPD before they had to sespend opening accounts again for a few weeks and we have never looked back. I just cannot understand in such a competitive world how this company get away with such awful service.
