Boats group, the tech group behind the largest online marketplaces for boats have recently announced their acquisition of Boatshop24.co.uk, BoatsandOutboards.co.uk and Boatshop24.com in Germany. The acquisition is said to be a step in strengthening their consumer engagement and global expansion.
