How to get your eBay Packaging Voucher

It’s probably worth a reminder that if you have a Featured or Anchor eBay shop then your subscription includes a monthly eBay Packaging Voucher. Vouchers can be redeemed by shopping for eBay branded packaging at ebaystores.co.uk/ebaypackaginguk

Valued at either £10 or £20 depending on your shop subscription level, you should receive an email for your eBay Packaging Voucher towards the beginning of each month. We’ve heard from a few readers that they hadn’t seen their voucher in the first couple of days of January, but rest assured that they are being emailed out and if you haven’t had yours yet then it should be popping into your inbox imminently.

We’ve also had a tip from one regular Tamebay reader that even if you miss the email you can check if your voucher is ready by navigating to ebay.co.uk/myb/Summary and at the top of the page you should see your eBay Packaging Voucher if it’s available on your account.

Packaging available includes a range of 13 boxes in various sizes, tape, padded mailers and poly bags brightly coloured in eBay’s pantone palette of colours. eBay Packaging is also environmentally friendly being recyclable.

If you don’t spend your eBay Packaging Voucher each month then you lose it, so make a note in your diary to make a purchase each month and take advantage of the free supplies delivered to your warehouse.

  1. A lot like the Victorian mill owners that paid their staff in tokens they could only spend in the mill owners shop. I buy my boxes by the pallet direct from the factory. I do not want 25 over priced boxes from eBay’s tame shop; I rather keep my £240/annum.

  2. If you have not been emailed the packing voucher, order your supplies and when you get to checkout the voucher is there when you scroll down the page.

  3. I’m sure you will remember when this idea started the supplier was dire. Both product and service was terrible. It took too long, but eBay then changed providers of the “tame shop”. I’ve found this current supplier excellent. 1st class product. Fast service. Helpful staff. I do feel that those who leave them negative feedback just because they would rather have the £10 in their bank are being unjust. If they don’t agree with it, then like Merlo they should buy their stuff elsewhere.

  4. Bob, I would gladly buy my stuff elsewhere, but I can only spend the voucher with this lot. Anti-competitive or what?
Range of 13 boxes – don’t make me laugh! They only have 5 at the moment – the only really useful strong box was discontinued more than 12 months ago. Everything else is flimsy and overpriced.
100% plastic mailers – very environmentally sound.
    No VAT invoices for months.
    I could go on……………………….
