Bérengère Chaintreau-Fuchs
Bérengère has been at eBay for more than seven years, starting her career in customer experience strategy consulting before moving to online retail ten years ago.
In her current role she is focused on helping sellers to grow their business using eBay marketing and insights tools, such as Seller Hub Promotions or Terapeak Product research. Berengere is always looking for ways to help sellers expand with new tools or new data– and to encourage eBay buyers to keep coming back for more. A big part of her work is also to listen and learn from the seller and buyer community on what eBay is doing well and where they can improve, through programmes like the eBay Seller Council.
Outside of work Bérengère is an avid reader who’s been enjoying spending time with her three children in lockdown.
