As part of the 2021 FBA fulfilment fee changes coming in on the 8th of June, Amazon are aligning Small and Light packaging dimensions with the standard FBA envelope dimensions for Amazon Europe. The change will include the introduction of a large envelope size.

Amazon recommend that you enrol your eligible products in Small and Light and start preparing to send your shipments to fulfilment centres before the 8th of June.
Amazon also remind merchants that newly enrolled products can also benefit from the enhancements made to the FBA New Selection programme.

Brutal, especially for small sellers. And the fulfillment fees are just the tip of the iceberg. Amazon hiked a bunch of other fees as well, including doubling the manual processing fees during Christmas season. We’re exploring doing labeling in-house with 2D Transit and polybagging product ourselves.
