Orders on the Wish marketplace, bound for Estonia, Luxembourg, Puerto Rico, and Ukraine with an order value greater than or equal to different threshold amounts are now subject to the Wish Confirmed Delivery Policy. Specifically, the thresholds for being subject to the Confirmed Delivery Policy are as follows for orders bound for these four countries:
- Ukraine bound orders with the order value greater than or equal to $4.00 are subject to Wish’s Confirmed Delivery Policy.
- Puerto Rico-bound orders with the order value greater than or equal to $5.00 are subject to Wish’s Confirmed Delivery Policy.
- Estonia and Luxembourg-bound orders with the order value greater than or equal to $10.00 are subject to Wish’s Confirmed Delivery Policy.
For relevant orders that are subject to the Confirmed Delivery Policy, merchants should use a Qualified Confirmed Delivery Shipping Carrier to fulfill these orders, and select an appropriate service level that provides tracking with delivery confirmation (last-mile tracking). Wish regularly monitors the performance of these carriers, and will occasionally update the qualified carrier list to help merchants better comply with the Confirmed Delivery Policy.
Wish Confirmed Delivery Policy Requirements
The following requirements must be met for orders that meet the above criteria:
- Orders must be fulfilled with valid tracking within 7 days
- Orders must be shipped by a Wish qualified carrier with a method that provides last mile tracking
- Orders must be confirmed delivered by one of the Confirmed Delivery carriers within 30 days of the order being available for fulfillment
Merchants that do not meet these requirements are at risk of suspension.
