£17Bn of online sales are reported as lost in UK retail today because websites are not accessible enough to people with disabilities. Mike Adams and Kevin Cooper will be sharing facts about the size of this opportunity, why it exists and how EnableAll will provide everyone the ability to bridge the chasm. Now is the time to unlock the true spending value of the Purple Pound and realise the sales potential
Kevin Cooper – Managing Director, EnableAll
Kevin joined EnableAll at the early stages with the vision and ambition to build a world class digital experience for everyone. He understands the challenges faced by retailers today and sees the possibilities of creating a digital shopping environment that is accessibility first.
Kevin can be considered as a bit of a “digital pioneer”; (he was eCom before eCom was cool). He has been influencing retail’s revolutionary journey from the high street to online for over twenty years.
Kevin cut his teeth working for Land’s End (a US direct and digital market leader) before taking his skills with Daylesford Organic, Ideal Shopping & L’Occitane en Provence.
