Amazon are encouraging sellers to prepare their Prime Day sale early and stock sufficient inventory of your products. Prime Day 2022 will likely be held in July and with the disruption in the world due to numerous events impacting the supply chain, you’ll want to ensure that you are ready for the event if you want to take full advantage of the sales day(s).
Deadlines for Amazon Prime Day 2022
Due to ongoing global supply chain challenges, it might take longer than usual to ship inventory to fulfilment centres, so here’s what you need to do to ensure that you are ready on time:
Submit your deals
Participate in Prime Day by creating a deal. Submit your deals by the 13th of May.
Send in your shipments to FBA
Plan and send your shipment so that it arrives at fulfilment centres before the 20th of June.
Other factors that can affect the timelines of your shipment include logistics, weather, customs clearance, and carrier-related issues. Be sure to consider these factors when sending shipments, to ensure that they arrive at the correct fulfilment centre in a timely manner without affecting subsequent listing and sales.
