If you use the eBay Awaiting Despatch page, you may have noticed a recent addition showing Repeat Buyers. This is a useful addition as you might want to pay particular attention to those that buy from you regularly.
Why does the repeat buyers flag matter? Well you might want to treat them differently and perhaps upgrade their postage or at least get their order out of the door the same day rather than apply your usual handling time. If they buy from you more than once you want to make sure that your service is top notch to encourage the behaviour.
Even if your service is so excellent that you couldn’t possible give a repeat buyer special treatment, you could also use the information to thank them in feedback or potentially create an eBay Coupon Code just for them to encourage them to shop with you even more frequently.
In the grand scheme of things this is a small change and one you won’t even notice if you use third party software to gather and process your orders… although one would hope that your software solution notices repeat buyers and already flags them for you. If you do use the eBay Awaiting Despatch page though, keep an eye out for repeat buyers and make sure their orders are rushed through to keep them returning to purchase from you again in the future.

Another idea that could’ve been made much better from the start – and much sooner – why it’s not a link that opens new page with list of past orders? Then sellers could leave notes to orders – in case there was a problem or something should be done / send extra with new order…
