Amazon have announced that you can now use DHL Express to ship orders through Buy Shipping from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Poland and Czech Republic.
DHL Express for out of country shipments offers two types of services:
- DHL Express International
- DHL Economy Select
Shipping labels for both of these services can be purchased at Amazon negotiated rates through Buy Shipping in Seller Central.
For Premium Shipping Options (One-Day and Two-Day delivery), Seller has to use a fully tracked Premium service (Next day or Two day delivery). This means the full list of premium services available in the UK are:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
- Yodel
- DPD
- ParcelForce
- TNT
- DHL
- DX Freight
- UPS
- GLS
- ARROW
It’s worth noting that Royal Mail 24/48 and 1st/2nd class services are not fully tracked services and only provide delivery confirmation. For Premium Shipping Options, Selling Partners are required to used Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or Special Guaranteed Delivery in order to avoid losing eligibility for low tracking rate.
Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) measures how often you use valid tracking numbers on your orders. Amazon customers depend on tracking numbers to find out where their orders are and when they can expect to receive them. VTR is a performance metric that reflects those expectations. Sellers are required to reach 95% Valid Tracking Rate.
