Tom Flintoff
Head of Marketplaces, International Ecommerce M&S
Tom is Head of Marketplaces within the M&S International division. In his position, he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with new and existing Marketplace partners in key markets outside the UK.
Tom has been with M&S for 10 years working across a variety of ecommerce roles within both our Food and Clothing & Home teams and most recently supported the launch of the Ocado Retail joint venture between M&S and Ocado Group.

Ntola Obazee has over 10 yrs experience in commercial sales across all channels (retail , B2b , ecommerce and marketplaces) and has held leadership position in UK and Europe leading strategic business development & market -entry methods across SME , Omnichannel & vertical retailers.
A passion for digital , e-Commerce , building partnerships and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure sustainable, & tangible growth with a focus on Brand USP & customer/partner engagement.
Experience in strategic E-commerce planning & execution with a focus on international business development – Marketplace model & cross-border e-commerce.
