Macy’s have launched a new online marketplace for third-party merchants and brands. The platform will give customers a wider range of products within 20 product categories from 400 new brands.

This new marketplace will be powered by Mirakl, and customized by Macy’s digital, merchant and technology teams. The platform provides third-party sellers with a superior experience to integrate their products into Macy’s ecommerce architecture, with premier seller tools that help them monitor, drive, and grow their businesses.
The retailer will continue to collaborate with a select, curated group of sellers and brands as the platform continues to develop. For sellers, the marketplace offers a simple and seamless onboarding process that supports ongoing elevation and growth. Between Macy’s existing and loyal customer base, cohesive and integrated digital experience, seller support and training, data and analytics and promotional participation, Macy’s marketplace will offer potential third-party vendors a differentiated experience expected to make it a leading marketplace for top sellers.
