The marketplace also gets a new look and feel with a new logo and brand identity which goes live on the site today. Out goes the parcel tag logo and in comes a snazzy new logo, which with it’s pastel colour and simpler design will sit much gentler on marketing collateral, website and app.
Get used to seeing the distinctive ‘O’ design from the ‘Not’ being used on apps and browser tabs, which will become instantly recognisable and the most prominent part of the Not On The High Street brand in the future.
New Not On The High Street CEO
Founded in 2006 and acquired by Great Hill Partners in 2021, Not On The High Street prospered through the pandemic years with an estimated 500 new businesses signing up to sell on the marketplace and close to a million new customer shopping for the first time.
Leanne will step into the role of CEO starting this month, after a transition period. Leanne has been with the business for ten years, starting as Head of Account Management in 2012. She has overseen the growth of the partner-base from 1,000 to over 5,000 sellers, leading all of Not On The High Street’s commercial efforts.
Not On The High Street has been a huge part of my life for the last ten years and I’m honoured to move into the CEO role. Our new brand, launching today, and extensive selection will continue to broaden our appeal, attracting a wider audience to our vibrant and passionate community of partners.

Claire has been instrumental in leading Not On The High Street during the pandemic, modernising the tech and data platform and spearheading a strategy to target additional customer segments with a reinvigorated brand which launches today.
It’s been a privilege to lead such a unique brand over the past three years. I’ve been humbled by the many small businesses who rely on our marketplace for growth and watched in awe as some have evolved from fledgling ideas to multi-million pound entities. I leave the company with an exciting new chapter ahead and I’m delighted to see Leanne take the helm and continue to drive the business forward.
