EPR
It’s worth noting that Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for the UK are in process and was due to come into effect next year impacting all packaging. However, more than four years after the government began consulting on plans to make the industry responsible for the packaging it places on the UK market, there is little sign of movement on UK Extended Producer Responsibility.

What should I do to prove compliance to Amazon?
Register on the HMRC online portal and provide us with your UK PPT registration number when requested.
What is the deadline? Already live since the 1st of April 2022.
What are the consequences of non-compliance? Account suspension in the UK store when a notice is received from HMRC.
