The ChannelX 2024 conference returns on the 9th of October and today we’re thrilled to start announcing our ChannelX 2024 speakers. We’ll be introducing many more speakers over the next few weeks in the run up to the conference.

George Robinson, Owner, SoSweet

George is an an avid coffee lover on a mission to build the UK’s favourite sweet shop! When he joined the family business, George’s keen eye for innovation identified multiple industry gaps, leading to the creation of an array of solutions that redefined our customer’s experience and SoSweet is now a multimillion pound seller on TikTok as well as having expanded from a single shop to a chain of 15 stores plus concessions in even more retailers!

Expect to learn how to propel a brand on TikTok and build your presence but more importantly drive sales.

Emily Gallant, Co-Founder, eFones

Experienced Online Retailer Manager working in the telecommunications industry. Skilled in E-commerce, Sales, and Sales Operations, Emily is Co-Founder of eFones, which began small team, with a big vision and has grown eFones to be a best selling brand on both Amazon and TikTok.

Expect to learn insights on how Emily and eFones work with over 9,000 influencers!

David Page, Head of Channels, Mountain Warehouse

Currently Head of Channels at Mountain Warehouse, David was previously International Third Party Assistant Manager at The Body Shop & Manager of Online Marketplaces for Ridgeway Leather. Proven track record in increasing annual revenue with extensive knowledge across leading third party marketplaces.

Expect to learn strategies for optimising product listings, pricing, and fulfilment processes on ecommerce marketplaces

Chloe & Tabby Tingey, Co-Founders, The Sugar Coated Sisters

Before the pandemic, sisters Chloe and Tabby Tingey had given up on being performers. Chloe, who trained at Berklee College of Music in Boston, was working in digital marketing. Covid hit, the yoga studio never opened, and the pair moved in together and dipped their toes into TikTok with weightlifting challenges, strangely. Then, having both been recently dumped, they decided to post a comic song about relationships. Their videos became more elaborate, and soon attracted millions of views.

Tim Curtis, Chairman, Cotswold Collections

Tim Curtis is currently Chair of Lifestyle Fitness and Cotswold Collections. Tim is an experienced mentor for business leaders and entrepreneurs, and he offers mentoring to students on the Cambridge Judge Business School’s Masters in Entrepreneurship programme.

Expect to learn tactics for enhancing customer retention and maximising lifetime value on marketplaces, including how to unlock new revenue streams and increasing product stickiness.
