Katie oversees all aspects of ecommerce operations, from enhancing user experience to expanding sales through third-party platforms and marketplaces.

Nial Conlan, Commercial Director, Lyle & Scott

As Head of Commercial, Nial grew the Lyle & Scott business during and after Covid. Now, as Commercial Director, he built a new division focusing on DTC, new wholesale, and new products, aiming for customer acquisition, international expansion, and leveraging the 150th anniversary.

Nial will explore the steps of the success story of Lyle & Scott and look deep into the rules of play of an ever-changing industry and the new demands of a sustainable customer relationship.

Georgie Janion-Shaw, Founder, Sistir & Novello Products

Georgie is the Founder Novello Products and SISTIR.Novello is a company formed of two parts; ‘brands’ and ‘tech’. The ‘brands’ side is home to consumer facing brands (including SISTIR) through which unique, personalised products are offered DTC and via 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Notonthehighstreet, Etsy and Yumbles. The tech side is home to Novello’s systems which are at the core of their own operations and power the brands across sales platforms.

Georgie will discuss the importance of omnichannel integration for Brand DTC, including strategies for creating seamless customer journeys across ecommerce channels.

Andy Stephen, Director of Monetisation UK, Criteo

Andy Stephen is Director of Monetisation UK at Criteo – his team provide retail media ad-tech and services to some of the UK’s largest retailers including Asda, Boots & Currys. With over 12 years industry experience, including at marketplace SaaS solution Mirakl, Andy is passionate about technology that enables enterprise businesses to launch & scale new business models.

Andy will be joined on stage by Paul Stafford, Head of Retail Media Europe at Superdrug to share their Connected Customer Engagement journey.
