As Head of Commercial, Nial grew the Lyle & Scott business during and after Covid. Now, as Commercial Director, he built a new division focusing on DTC, new wholesale, and new products, aiming for customer acquisition, international expansion, and leveraging the 150th anniversary.
Nial will explore the steps of the success story of Lyle & Scott and look deep into the rules of play of an ever-changing industry and the new demands of a sustainable customer relationship.

Georgie is the Founder Novello Products and SISTIR.Novello is a company formed of two parts; ‘brands’ and ‘tech’. The ‘brands’ side is home to consumer facing brands (including SISTIR) through which unique, personalised products are offered DTC and via 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Notonthehighstreet, Etsy and Yumbles.
