With the introduction of its Business Premium+ range and a new intuitive and efficient portal, the company addresses long-standing issues of quality concerns, inconsistency, reliability and trust that have plagued the refurbished market for B2B channels. 

Introducing a new level of confidence and flexibility for the channel, urBusiness not only have the flagship range of Business Premium+ which includes 24 months warranty, a case, protective screen and minimum of 90% battery health, but they also carry the more traditional refurbished graded handsets, with the same commitment to quality and customer experience. All urPhones, regardless of grade, have premium packaging to reassure quality of product to all business customers.
