Asendia Connect self-serve visibility of ecommerce parcels for retailers

Asendia Connect self-serve visibility of ecommerce parcels for retailers

Asendia UK has launched the first phase of its Asendia Connect global customer portal for retailers. The web-based Asendia Connect platform allows Asendia UK’s retail clients to monitor their ecommerce cross-border orders and parcel shipment data, with a centralised view of data, as opposed to receiving email alerts for potential delivery exceptions.

Asendia Connect also serves as a comprehensive admin portal, allowing retailers to print a shipping label from a library of carrier labels, create a return, and request customised performance data reports. Manifest information for customs clearance can also be managed via the one-stop-shop platform.

Utilising Anchanto’s carrier tracking software for the backend control tower, Asendia UK has developed the platform in-house and is currently in the process of onboarding its e-commerce retail clients. Further functionality will be added in phase two, which is expected to go live next year.

This is a live logistics dashboard and admin portal, which allows retailers to ‘self-serve’ of where in the world their parcels are, and greatly reduce WISMO [Where IS My Order] queries.

Connect is configured to integrate with a host of online marketplaces such as Shopify, eBay, and Etsy, and can also integrate seamlessly with order management software such as Mintsoft and ESW.
