Plus there’s an important change coming up for the Amazon reimbursement policy where from the 23rd of October 2024 the claim period is to be reduced from 18 months to 60 days. This will especially impact sellers at busy times of year (e.g. in Q4 you’ll need to be processing your first claims on the 23rd of December so as not to miss out!!!!).
