Beginning from the 10th of February 2025, pricing for the Simple Delivery programme will be updated. These changes will apply to all new and historic listings.
Simple Delivery is available for private sellers in the UK listing eligible items. Both item and buyer delivery addresses must be in the UK, as the labels are only available for UK carriers. With Simple Delivery, you no longer have to figure out what delivery service to use when listing your items, and you get a prepaid and tracked label that fully covers your item.

Different pricing may apply where you have chosen to opt-out of a carrier.
Using Simple Delivery makes sending items much easier for Private Sellers:
- eBay selects the appropriate delivery service for you, providing you with a pre-paid label and QR code (to take to your drop-off location so they can print the label for you) with full tracking
- All postage labels will be currently be from Royal Mail and Evri
- Your item is fully protected against loss and damage during transit
- Your seller performance standards and service metrics will not be affected by late delivery, as long as you despatch within your stated handling time
