Temu, the global direct-from-factory online marketplace, has formed a strategic partnership with Unisend, an international parcel locker network, to enhance delivery services for customers across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
Through this collaboration, customers in the Baltic States will benefit from enhanced last-mile delivery services, including Unisend’s extensive parcel locker network covering the entire country, which further simplifies the delivery process.
We are excited to collaborate with Temu to bring world-class logistics solutions to consumers in the Baltic States. The partnership ensures fast, seamless, and reliable delivery services, enhancing customer convenience and satisfaction.
– Laurynas Kazlauskas, Management Board member, Unisend
Since its launch in the Baltic region, Temu has offered a wide range of products across over 600 categories, including household items, electronics, and gardening tools. By connecting customers directly with manufacturers, Temu’s model reduces middlemen costs and inefficiencies typically seen in traditional retail supply chains, without compromising quality.
Temu’s mission is to make quality products affordable to more consumers globally. By partnering with Unisend, we aim to provide a superior customer experience through reliable and efficient delivery services.
– Temu spokesperson
Recently, Temu has begun inviting local sellers in markets like the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Mexico, Belgium, Poland and Austria to join its platform. With more local sellers, Temu will offer an even wider selection of products. The company expects as much as 80% of total sales in Europe to come from this local-to-local model, and for European-based sellers to be able to sell to global markets through Temu in the future.
Temu has expanded to 90 markets globally since its debut in September 2022, offering a wide selection of merchandise at competitive prices.
