From the 13th of March 2025, TikTok’s Shop Performance Score will reflect performance compared to sellers in your product listing category. This ensures the Shop Performance Score calculation to provide a more accurate and fair assessment of seller performance.
This change ensures your score reflects your performance compared to other sellers in your product listing category, rather than across the entire market. It provides more relevant benchmarks and actionable insights tailored to your business, helping you grow and succeed within your specific category.

What is going to happen? How will it be implemented?
- Each SPS metric’s benchmarks will be set based on the performance of sellers in a given product-listing category.
- Your metric benchmarks will be based on the category with most delivered orders in the last 90 days.
- Sellers might observe a change in their Shop Performance Score due to this update. Please refer to your Shop Performance Score page in the Seller Centre in order to further understand your score.
Actions to take
- Starting 13th March 2025, your Shop Performance Score will be calculated based on category-specific performance benchmarks. You can view your updated calculation details in your Shop Performance dashboard on Seller Center. No action is required from you, and the transition will occur automatically.
