Expect an afternoon packed with:

  • Top Selling Tips & Tricks: Discover actionable strategies to increase your sales and profits.

      • Group debate: “Do you price to sell fast or hold your value?”
    • Workshop 3) Feedback and Customer Service 
      • Dealing with messages, returns, and complaints
      • How to get positive feedback (and what to do if you don’t)
      • Creating a trustworthy shop presence
      • Group chat: “What does great customer service look like on eBay?”
  • 1.30 – Fun Game 
  • 1.45 – Wrap up Q&A and share feedback 
  • 2.00-3.00: Post event drink and networking at Albert’s Schloss for anyone wanting to stay and chat.
