As part of Amazon’s ongoing efforts to improve the listing experience with Listings API, they have announced that Listings Feeds will retired starting on the 31st of July 2025. Amazon say that their upgraded Listings API provides more reliable data, increased control over listing changes, and improved error handling, providing you with a more efficient and flexible way to manage your listings.
You’ll want to check that your listings integration, or the software that you use to create listings integrations, has been updated to support Listings API.
If you or your software provider don’t update to Listings API before Listings Feeds retires, you won’t be able to manage listings. Additionally, starting from the 15th of July 2025, listing changes submitted through Listings Feeds may take longer to process.
Amazon recommend that you take the following actions before the 31st of July:
- If you create your own listings integrations, migrate to Listings API.
- If you use a third-party software provider, contact them to confirm that they will migrate to Listings API.
If it’s not possible to migrate before the deadline, Amazon offer some options to manage your listings:
- Create and manage listings in Seller Central or the mobile app.
- Switch to a software provider who supports Listings API.
- Build new listings integrations using Listings API with Listings Management Workflow Migration.
