Walmart holiday shopping incentives for sellers

With 32% of U.S. consumers starting their holiday shopping between July and October, Christmas in July has become a must-win moment for sellers.

Last year, Walmart Marketplace had its highest sales day ever and set a single day conversion rate record during the busy shopping period of 25th November – 2nd December. To help sellers make the most of this opportunity, Walmart Marketplace is offering four exclusive incentives to boost sales, simplify operations, and get a head start on the holiday season. As sellers prepare for the busiest shopping months of the year, here’s what’s on offer for a limited time: 

  • Save with Multichannel Solutions: First-time users of Walmart’s MCS get a 30% discount on services through to the 1st of October, streamlining fulfillment across platforms.
  • Expanded Global Shipping: Sellers now have access to two new ports in Vietnam, offering seamless international fulfillment directly to Walmart’s network.
  • Toys Category Perks: Zero commission fees on all qualifying toy listings until the 31st of December, tapping into a category that is a customer favorite for holiday gifting.
  • Peak Storage Fee Waiver: Sellers using Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) can stock up as peak season storage fees are waived from the 1st of October through to the 31st of December.
