At the recent Base Meet Up, Scale Up conference, one of the speakers was Kunal Khanna from New Way International, and we caught him when he came off stage for this video interview.
New Way International is a complex business operating both B2B wholesale and B2C channel retailing for both new and refurbished consumer electronics. This introduced many complexities to the business, and Base were able to assist them with some customisation, both for tracking serial and IMIE numbers and for specialised reporting requirements.
What’s really impressive about Base, is that Kunal reports that having New Way International to establish their specific requirements, it only took a couple of days for the customisations to be put in place. This includes things like the ability to record multiple serial numbers for a single order, as well as the reports that sit behind this information.
Next for New Way International is adopting new channels, with B&Q, Tesco, and TikTok already live, and with offices around the world this business already supply tech innovations and specialised services to over 400 B2B, network operator and retail channels!
