Amazon’s Variable coupon fees will be capped at €100 per coupon for coupons created on or after the 5th of November, 2025.
While the €2 upfront fee per coupon will stay the same, Amazon are also lowering the variable rate from 1.0% to 0.50%. Amazon say that they are making these changes before Black Friday and Cyber Monday to help you plan your holiday campaigns with confidence.
In March 2025, we announced new promotion structures to help you test different promotional strategies. We heard that the updated coupon structures made it hard to predict costs so we made this update to provide you with more predictability and transparency.

Coupons created before the 5th of November, 2025, won’t be eligible for the new coupon variable fee cap. For your current coupons to receive the new cap coupon variable fee, the recommendation is that you deactivate existing coupons and create new ones on or after the 5th of November to take advantage of the new coupon fees.
