Pinterest have announced two key leadership updates in Europe. The amazing Beth Horn has been appointed VP of Southern Europe, UK & Ireland (SEUKI), responsible for the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, & Spain and Caroline Orange-Northey takes up Beth’s previous post of UK and Ireland Managing Director.
Europe presents a tremendous growth opportunity for Pinterest. European revenue has surged 41% and international users now represent 83% of Pinterest’s global user base. Beth and Caroline’s promotions further strengthen a global leadership team that is over 50% female and reinforces Pinterest’s commitment to international expansion.
Beth steps up from her previous position as UK Managing Director and will now oversee five markets. Caroline, formerly UK Director of Retail will now lead the UK business. During their time with Pinterest they have worked with many high profile brands including John Lewis, DFS and ASOS. Beth and Caroline will be based in London and report to Cecile van Steenberge, VP of International.

Together, Beth and Caroline bring decades of expertise and leadership. Prior to joining Pinterest, Beth previously held director-level roles at Spotify and Meta, where she spent 12 years leading relationships with retail and ecommerce brands. Caroline joined Pinterest after nine years on the UK leadership team at Amazon, where she oversaw verticals including fashion, home, and luxury.
