Temu Local, the marketplace’s seller program for domestic retailers, has partnered with Royal Mail to offer UK-based sellers seamless access to Click & Drop, Royal Mail’s free-to-use shipping platform. This integration allows sellers to easily download their Temu orders into Click & Drop, simplifying the shipping process and improving operational efficiency.
Once orders are imported, sellers can quickly generate shipping labels and manage dispatches. As items are shipped, Click & Drop automatically updates the seller’s Temu store, ensuring accurate tracking and real-time order status updates.
By leveraging Royal Mail’s trusted delivery network and intuitive platform, Temu’s UK based sellers can enjoy a smoother, more reliable shipping experience—making it easier than ever to manage deliveries across the UK.
UK Temu Local sellers will also have access to the largest network of parcel points in the UK – Royal Mail has more than 24,000 locations where customers can drop off or collect orders, including 2,600 lockers, 8,000 Royal Mail Shop stores, 11,500 Post Office branches, 1,400 parcel postboxes and 1,200 customer service points.
Customers can also drop off parcels that will fit in any of the 115,000 postboxes, and can request proof of posting using the app. This is in addition to being the only delivery company to offer collection from every single address in the UK.
We are excited to partner with Temu to offer sellers based in the UK access to Royal Mail’s services. As there are a growing number of small businesses in the UK using Temu to reach their customers, we want to be able to support them by providing streamlined access to our trusted and extensive network.
