Join fellow eBay business sellers for an engaging afternoon on the 22nd of January at the eBay Seller Meetup Manchester, designed by sellers, for sellers, with a strong focus on stock management and growth planning.
This interactive meetup will be hosted by eBay seller Lindsay (Ojewellery) and is aimed at business sellers looking to improve how they buy, manage, analyse, and plan stock across their operations. The event will be held at the Salford Watersports Centre.
Event Theme: Opening Up Stock
A practical, broad-based exploration of stock management, from sourcing and pricing through to inventory control, finance, data, and AI-driven planning.
What to Expect
The session will begin with a group-wide interactive discussion focused on stock challenges, opportunities, and real-world experiences across different business sizes and categories. This will set the foundation for deeper, topic-focused conversations later in the afternoon.
After a networking lunch, sellers will rotate through round-table discussions, covering a key area of stock management:
- Buying Product – sourcing, supplier relationships, risk, and forecasting
- Sales: Listing & Pricing – optimising sell-through, pricing strategy, and demand signals
- Inventory & Warehouse Management – organisation, stock control, and scalability
- Finance – cash flow, margins, and stock investment decisions
- Platform & Marketing Intelligence – using marketplace and marketing data to guide stock decisions
- Using AI to Evaluate & Plan – practical ways AI can support stock analysis, planning, and efficiency
Throughout the event, there will be opportunities to share experiences, ask questions, and exchange practical ideas with fellow sellers.
